Ledley King returns to the side in place of Younes Kaboul who is suspended after his red card in last weekend's defeat against Stoke City.
Martin O'Neill starts the same side that beat Blackburn last weekend and names Lee Cattermole on the bench following his return from suspension.
Nicklas Bendtner and Craig Gardner are also named as substitutes following their returns from groin and hamstring injuries respectively.
